If you have not received your exam admission card by Feb. 18 (Tue.), please contact the Entrance Exam Dept. of Fukuyama City University by telephone (+81-84-999-1113).

Important Points Related to Sitting for the Entrance Exam

Please use public transportation to come to the exam location on the day of the exam.

Confirm the means of transportation to the exam location and perform a trial run beforehand if possible. An information bulletin board is scheduled to be set up at the entrance to the exam location from 13:00 the day before the exam. However, access to the interior of the building is not permitted.

Be absolutely sure to bring the "Exam Admission Card of Fukuyama City University" on the day of the exam. Contact the responsible personnel as soon as possible if your ticket is lost or forgotten to receive a provisional exam admission card.

Enter the exam room before 13:00 according to the instruction on the bulletin board.

Persons who are late for the exam (short essay) start time shall be permitted to take the exam if arriving within 20 minutes after the start time of the exam. In such cases, follow the instructions of the exam supervisor. Please note that the test time will not be extended.

Your exam will be disqualified if you do not write the short essay or perform the interview.

The only items that are generally allowed to be used in the exam room are writing implements, erasers, pencil sharpener (non-electric only), watches (limited to watch functions that do not emit any sounds), handkerchiefs, tissue paper (must be removed from the packet or box) and glasses

You must receive permission from the test supervisor if you want to use an item not listed above.

Cancel any alarm settings and turn the power off of any sound-emitting devices and mobile phones before entering the exam room, and place such items in your backpack or handbag. You are not allowed to use the silent ("manner mode") setting. You are not permitted to use a mobile phone as a watch. If any sound is heard (including silent mode), the handbag or backpack will be removed from the room without consent.

Earplugs are not allowed as they prevent you from hearing the instructions of the exam supervisor.

Examinees who perform a dishonest act (cheating) will immediately have their test suspended and be ordered to leave the exam room.

In such cases, the corresponding exam will be disqualified.

As the "Exam Admission Card of Fukuyama City University" is required for matriculation and other procedures, be sure to keep it in a safe place even after finishing the exam.

Please be advised that this university has no relation to persons or companies soliciting services to provide notification of test results (via telegram etc.).

Examinees who pass the test will receive passing notification by mail.

Requests for results by telephone or other means will absolutely not be accepted.
